How?
I work with you to strengthen your inner resources and healthy habits. Through practice, you strengthen the neurological pathways to the inner state that you want to choose and experience, for example: peace, confidence or joy for life.
I offer a trauma-sensitive space where your sense of security is the baseline for all work we do. Here transparent communication about your embodied experience is welcome. You can try and practice it with me and I will receive your attempts with support for your concerns and needs for feeling safe.
With safety at heart and strong inner resources, we can move into process-oriented work on your stress reactions and conflict dynamics. You improve your capacity for self-regulation with the knowledge about nervous-system states that enables you to understand and direct yourself.
Together we work in a relational attachment-informed way, which means that you get to know yourself and how you function more deeply and that you can practice ways of being more aligned with yourself in session with me (for example concerning healthy boundaries, expressing needs, interrupting patterns).
For this purpose we work with meditative, imagination-based journeys, somatic exploration and movement.
I offer you deep generative listening and structured mirroring to catalyze your process.
Going deeper, I guide you in a systemic exploration of the diverse voices within you towards a respectful cooperation as a wholesome organism.
This way of working also supports partners (couples, professional partners) in strengthening them individually to be able to be strong together. In addition, we work together on differentiating the partners and integrating the relationship. That means that each partner goes through their own process of strengthening inner resources, stepping into transparent communication, increasing their capacity for self- and co-regulation, and testing more aligned ways of being. Meanwhile, we work toward strengthening mutual trust, understanding and acknowledgement, by working on integration of past hurts, current challenges and future opportunities.
